Plan Talk is the event arm of the South Coast PIBC Chapter.  The PIBC South Coast Chapter (formerly the Lower Mainland Chapter) is the local organization of PIBC Members in the Lower Mainland region, including: Greater Vancouver and the Sea-to-Sky region.
