Registration details
The fees for this Summer Course are payable to the RAIC and includes all training activities, accommodation with breakfast. The fees do not include Airfare, lunch or dinner, which are the responsibility of the participant.
Fees include guided tours as described in the Program; the schedule allows participants to arrange for their own personal tourist activities when courses are not in session as per the Program.
The Program is shown with 2 (Two) fees per Participant:
1) Cdn $ 4,000.00 for single room
2) Cdn $ 3,750.00 for double room
Fees have also been prepared for participants who would like to attend without taking lessons or course certificates (i.e. ‘Guests’, family or friends) but who are interested in the field trips. This fee has been show with shared rooms (double, triple, etc). ‘Guest’ fees must be paid following the same rules of official registrants less course costs of Cdn $1,050.00 plus
Guest Fees:
1) Cdn $ 2,950.00 for single room
2) Cdn $ 2,650.00 for double room
The minimum number of participants has been fixed to 10 persons, and must be met in order to have this program run, the maximum number will be fixed to 20 people.
A deposit of the 50% must be made upon registration, with the balance due before the registration deadline: May 31st 2010, 03:00 pm Canada EST. All participants must sign a waiver prior to commencing the Course as shown below.
Waiver Note The RAIC and Ferrara partners:
- Are indemnified against personal injury caused by accident or acts of nature during this program between all registrants;
- Have the right to cancel the course in the event the minimum number of participants is not met;
- Request that all participants refrain from purchasing air tickets until notified that the minimum number of participants has been met;
